After an internal review, we concluded that nothing similar exists in Kmehr. At this point, we don't see any significant benefit, as this will primarily be used in MedicationLine and MedicationDispense. It was likely added to ensure compliance with most fields in MedicationLine.

We also noticed in one of the latest business documents from Nathan that "DosageOverrideReason" is a free text field rather than a code system.
