There are several Bokeh events that have not been implemented in Holoviews. A not complete list includes Press, PressUp, PanStart, PanEnd. The modifications to be done in streams.py and plotting/bokeh/callbacks.py to support these are minimal so I think this could be added?

See linked pull request for a start. If this is useful I can have a look at extending to a more complete list of events.
