We currently have the fractal example gif in the README. When we release 1.7, it would be great to show an example of an interactive Bokeh visualization too.

On a related note, we should consider gettingrid of the gifs in the showcase notebook - gif support relies on imagemagick and I'm not sure everyone will be able to run that notebook easily.
