ZHA: Upgrade to 2022.05.0+ broke Eurotronic HVAC devices. Rollback to 2022.04.7 fixes #71892

The problem

Hello,

I just realized that none of my Eurotronic Zigbee HVAC devices work with the newest upgrade to 2022.05+ Version.
The devices are still visible. For instance they show also the temperature, the battery level, but the button in the GUI does not react on changing the temperature, nor to turn on or off the device.
Therefore also my automations do no work anymore.

Surely I've checked the breaking changes, but I could not find anything related to that issue.
Basically a rollback directly works and I can set temperature again. The automations also work with the additional temperature sensors and as well when opening the window to turn of the HVAC device.

I am not sure if this might be related to another issue I found in the forum, but with another device class:

Tried it also with the developer tools to set the temperature, turn heating on or off. But same issue is like when I try to use the entity within the GUI to switch temperature, turn on or off etc..

Weird is, that sometimes the devices work, but very seldom. So I cannot pinpoint the exact issue.

Hey there @dmulcahey, @Adminiuga, mind taking a look at this issue as it has been labeled with an integration (zha) you are listed as a code owner for? Thanks!

I've upgraded now to HA version 2022.06.1, but unfortunately all HVAC devices still do not work. Also tried to remove and readd all devices, result is the same. Any help here please?
