unable to edit project description from manage project

Describe the bug
I encountered 500 error in network panel while trying to edit project name. This issue prevails both on dev server and staging server.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'any project'
2. Click on 'manage project'
3. Click on 'edit project and change project name'
4. See error

Expected behavior
The project name should be changed and lastest name should be visible on project page
