Describe the bug

  • Currently the project details are populated in the frontend state on the project details page.
  • If the user goes directly to the manage-project/ID url, without going first to the project details page, the state is not populated.
  • When attempting to update the XLSForm, the xFormId is not present in state, so updating the form on ODK fails.

To Reproduce

  • Go directly to the form update page, instead of via the 'Edit Project' button.

Expected behavior

  • The state should be present if the user goes to the manage-project section directly, say if they only need to update the XLSForm, or edit user permissions.
