Feature summary
The API must support the Figma design.

Desired solution
Needed API calls include:

minor updates to the project_summaries, to support On home screen, user should see a list of all public projects #28
-- specifically: adding num_contributors and replacing bad_imagery with tasks_bad
updates to the get project call, to support the Figma design:
-- specifically: sending status updates

improvements to the task status update so as to verify valid status change
an api endpoint to create an additional project info
an api endpoint to delete a project
