Hi,me again.Just reporting issue i found while on vacation

What happens?

What should happen?

Game has weather and skies according to them,and game lacks it
This is how is game supposed to look like

Include a GE frame capture

What are you using?

What hardware / device and operating system?

Direct3D9
Windows 8

What graphics card (GPU) or mobile phone model?

Intel(R) HD Graphics

What PPSSPP version (standalone/official), and did it work before?

PPSSPP 1.11.3

Which game or games?

Shadow Of Destiny
ULUS10459
USA

Graphics backend (Vulkan, OpenGL, etc.)?

Direct3D9

Checklist

Test in the latest git build in case it's already fixed.
Search for other reports of the same issue.
Try resetting settings or older versions and include if the issue is related.
Try changing graphics settings to determine if one causes the bug.
Include logs or screenshots of issue.
