Description support

Text uploaded with a photo via Stream does not appear at all in Gallery
No way of adding description to a photo within Gallery
No way of tagging participants in a photo within a description
No way of tagging by location

Topic support

Topics are not displayed in Gallery
Topics cannot be added when uploading through gallery
Gallery cannot filter by topic
