Scrolling not capturing touch

There appears to be some cases where scrolling in the app interacts with objects on the page. The most acute example I've seen is when scrolling on a Task entry that has a checklist. It is difficult to scroll through the list without accidentally rearranging the list items.

Overall the tasks module isn't very mobile friendly currently so it could be an issue within the tasks module itself as well, see the following issue humhub/tasks#252.
