Map pop-up URL to open a new tab/window

Problem
There is no way to open the link to a detailed forest feature in a new tab or window via the map pop-up.

Improvement
Allow (or default) for the link on the map pop-up that redirects to the forest detail page to be opened in a new tab or window.

Users now have the option to open in a new tab/window by holding down ctrl(cmd)/shift on click.

Im just following up on this: when we first discussed this issue there was no way to open the detailed forest plot in a new tab. However, now there is but it is not forced. Is this OK? Or do you want it so that a new tab is always opened and there is no option to just redirect the current window? This also applies to #78
