spec: https://github.com/quartzjer/did-jwk/blob/main/spec.md

Build a DID Resolver crate for did:jwk, should be relatively simple. Crate may be designed in a way that allows us to expand into supporting creation of these did:jwks (essentially a translation from public_key::Key into a did:jwk, see did:key crate).
