It’s been several years in the making: let’s switch to hyphenation.org and put a redirection from http://tug.org/tex-hyphen

I'm fine with that.

But ... we should probably also modernize the website at some point.

Sure, if you can explain what “modernize” means :-) I did a lot of work last autumn to make the website more dynamic but the result is only on hyphenation.org/tex so far, not tug.org/tex-hyphen.
