usenglishmax exception update? #50

I suspect Kuiken's usenglishmax patterns find at least some of Knuth's \hyphenation exceptions (listed in hyph-en-us.hyp.txt, given as the file_exceptions= for usenglishmax), although I didn't check.
BB and I just made a new release of her hyphenation exception list (pkg hyphenex). It seems it would be useful to check all our exceptions (ushyphex.tex) against Kuiken's patterns, and add any discrepancies to a new exceptions file for usenglishmax.
