Write the workflow so that anybody can author, test, run, and publish a new notebook into the rendered book.

Important steps:

Select the right environment
Run the notebook hands-off
Commit the functioning notebook to the repo
Add the notebook to the TOC in the right spot
run jb build
run gh-import
