Feature request: Please provide a state variable to indicate whether spell checking is enabled. #39

Normally I disable spell check, I use command to trigger it enable manually.

I want to add an icon in my status bar if spell checking is enabled, so I need to a variable or method to check it.

FYI: I use lualine.nvim for status line.
