GUI drawing (with lots of players)

Hands go off the screen. Increasing the size causes the hand placers to go outta whack (out of position and unmovable, apparently). Also, hand placers should be appearing to the right of the character card, and right next to the hand. As of now, they get covered up most of the time. The ugly proxy skip turn button doesn't stick to the corner of the screen.
