The bundle is being built properly and located with the js bundle. My work-around was to add the css bundle to the html page. Steal-vue seems to take over the default behavior of the steal build. My normal css bundle is not built because Steal-vue forces a mainConfig of "package.json!npm". I think maybe this is the root of the problem? My normal css is however loaded automatically by steal if I copy them to a node_modules directory in 'dist'.
