Update Gallery Page

Hi Whoever is reading this! Hope i'm not bothering, was just looking at the branch page looking around at what contents available, noticed these possible changes if you want to do them!

Going to https://ieeeuottawa.ca/gallery, the Open Preview and gallery frames only show the icon sized image (tested on Chrome for Windows). Alongside that, this page no longer has a purpose as new images are found on the Instagram and have meaningful content.

Ideas to fix:

1. Replace with a instagram feed for IEEE uOttawa (easy)
2. Replace page with a grid/set of more meaningful images such as the office, meetings, major events etc (easiest)
3. Get images from instagram and have it just show image (and possibly a link to the specific post) (medium)
