Fudan Devices List

This is needed to correctly map the mcu flash layout in order to download or dump the firmware correctly.

1. Put the FMSH folder inside the Devices folder located inside the JLink installation path C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGGER\JLink_V612
2. Copy and replace JLinkDevices.xml inside the root of the same installation path.
