Copy from System to Disk gives me ERROR: Failed creating disk file. Code:11 [8cP3IPh] #2

I am trying to copy a file from my system to a disc, but I always get the error.

My syntax looks like this:

$:: open E:
INFO: using system path: [\\.\E:]
INFO: Disk opened successfully.

$:: inj D:/FOLDER/FILE.EXT E:/FOLDER/
INFO: Injecting file, from-to:
      [D:/FOLDER/FILE.EXT]
      [/E:/FOLDER/]
ERROR: Failed creating disk file. Code:11 [8cP3IPh]
       [/E:/FOLDER/]

What am I doing wrong? And what does Code:11 [8cP3IPh] mean?
