Installing on Ubuntu 18.04. Directory /lib/modules/5.4.0-xlnx-v2020.2-zynqmp-fpga did not exist. Instead I had 4.19.0-xlnx-v2020.2-zynqmp-fpga. I copies the 5.4.0-xlnx-v2020.2-zynqmp-fpga directory from an Ubuntu 20.04 and the installation worked fine. Recommend including the correct files in the build or updating the instructions. Thanks!

Thank you for your issue.

Ubuntu 18.04 only supported 4.19.0-xlnx-v2019.2-zynqmp-fpga. In order to upgrade to 5.4.0-xlnx-v2020.2-zynqmp-fpga, you need to install Debian Package at the following URL:

Please note that these are still Release Candidates. No documentation has been prepared yet.

Addendum: xrt_202010.2.6.0_Ubuntu_18.04-arm64-xrt.deb provided in this repository has only been tested with 4.19.0-xlnx-v2019.2-zynqmp-fpga.
Probably not working with 5.4.0-xlnx-v2020.2-zynqmp-fpga. When lima (open source GPU driver) is enabled, XRT (Xilinx Run Time) fails without finding zocl (kernel driver for XRT).
