boost update

Hi,

I noticed that gcc 5.3.1 causes problems with compilation, notably with boost 1.55.0. I was wondering if the boost version could be updated to be compatible with the newer compiler.

This repo is obsolete. Our new build script repo is ilastik-build-conda. We still use boost 1.55, but if you're thinking of trying a newer version, that's the repo to modify.
