We still had some issues about upgrading to Django 1.8:

Remove django-devserver package. It has conflicting import.
Django context needs to be separated because of new function convention: https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.8/topics/http/shortcuts/#django.shortcuts.render_to_response
Migrate celery result backend into RPC backend or persistent backend.
