Collected feedback for v1.0 release

Collected feedback from friends, colleagues, and family:

• Review use of bold and emphasis, perhaps overdone at times
• Review phrases (in parentheses) in the text (are they perhaps important enough to be placed without? or can we remove them?)
• Review the number of "etc.'s"
• Consider not doing "lists" of items inside bullet items (since they are already a bigger list)
• Reconsider the longer lists... can they be shorter?
• "Retrospectives" and "Lean" are mentioned at the same 'level' but are of different categories
• "Buy over build" is doubled up
• Add things about how we want to onboard people
• Make the whole thing more accessible to juniors
• Dutch version: "Denk aan" and "Bijvoorbeeld" are both used; consider choosing and using just one of them
• Dutch version: "ontwikkelprincipes" is just a single word now, but might need to be "qualified" with an adjective?
• Consider asking a professional copywriter to review this text

This issue was to collect all feedback. Might be some of them need to be split off to their own issues? Either way, all of them should be weighed and made a decision upon.
