Error on last cache create should state size limit

When attempting to create a last cache, if a count greater than 10 is provided, an error is returned:

Last Cache command failed: server responded with error [400 Bad Request]: invalid cache size

The error should state the size limits (between 1 and 10).

I am happy to take up this issue. Please assign this to me. Can I please get some details on how to reproduce this?

Hey @ab-shrek - thanks for stepping up to take the issue. There has been some further discussion about how we want to modify the last cache configuration that we are hoping to iron out and either update this issue or make a new one with. For now, I have removed the good-first-issue label until we have those details.
