Summary

relayer, relayer-cli

Problem Definition

We need the ability to create a channel and stream packets over a channel in separate steps.

Proposal

Add rrly -c config.toml channel handshake ibc-0 ibc-1 transfer transfer CLI. Ideally existing clients and connection should be allowed.

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate milestone (priority) applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged
  • Contributor assigned/self-assigned
