Patches v4.13.1

Bug description

Occasionally, fullscreen ads that appear when the app is opened will not be closed despite the Close fullscreen ads setting being enabled.

Screenshot_20240914_202526_YT Extended

When the ad screenshotted above appeared, I noticed there was no toast saying that the ad has been closed. So it seems that it isn't detected. This particular ad may only be present in the USA.
