While trying to reproduce #388 using the demo I uncovered that Fanout fails when the Head has been closed with InitialSnapshot. Trying to post the transaction produces the Plutus error:

fannedOutUtxoHash /= closedUtxoHash

Fanout works correctly when at least one transaction has been done in the Head. And I have not been able to reproduce #388.
