  • Create CIP for consensus category w/ Intersect's TWG
  • fill in latest protocol version in Agda (using pseudo-code?)
  • Define expected properties (in English + more or less formally) -> need paper
  • Need simulation and model results
    • Delta Q modelling of votes diffusion
    • Vote and certificates construction
    • Protocol impact
