exploratory app run locally with restore_and_run contains the old filter panel, suggesting teal.slice pre-0.4.0.

The restore_and_run() uses renv so the packages are frozen in time. I'm working on a PR that will fix this by updating the renv.lock files with the latest package versions everyday.

The odd thing is this was not the case (I think) just two weeks ago, before the last release. Plus, the basic-teal app uses the filter panel from the previous release: range selectors use plotly but there is no state history.
