UAT Osprey: Show R Code does not produce plot title or footnote

When code from Show R code is ran, both the title and the footnote is missing.

according to my research this come into the sample at at 2020_08_20. I don't know what the rationale was since it is an outlier to have title and footnote fields in the UI. The fact that it doesn't get included in the SRC is not helpful.

Included Jana on this since she was one of the original authors and now that Nina has left the team can respond to Osprey related.

For my part even though I have continuously identified lack of identifying features on our teal displays I don't think this is the right way to do it.
