Please add the port item when building internal service

1. deploy the internal service failed based on wizard by board, error is "service is invalid: spec.ports required value".
2. the UI should have the field of port and the backend should create the clusterIP service when deploy the internal service failed based on wizard
3. Version of board (last git commit number), OS version, docker/docker-compose engine version, kubernetes version.
   • OS: CentOS 7.8
   • Board: 7.4 & 7.6
   • Docker: 19.03.0
   • Docker-compose: 1.17.1
   • Kubernetes v1.18.3
