When exporting an application (and subapplications) to Tonel format, the _tonelPackageName method creation should be optional.

This is so because in some cases when you write to Tonel and load it back, the only difference is such method, causing an unnecessary creation of an app/subapp edition.

Only when the user explicitly cares about dialect portability
