Cannot select shape and text in Firefox and Safari

Problem

Cannot select shape and text using cursor tool. Thus there's no way to move or delete the annotations.

Steps to replicate

1. Go to http://instructure.github.io/pdf-annotate.js/
2. Draw something with rectangle/free draw tool
3. Try to use cursor tool to select the shape/text. This is where it fails

Affected Browsers

• Firefox
• Safari

I found no problem with Chrome and Edge

Seems to work on Firefox if you click on text within the box (not on blank space), didn t test on Safari
