Update README instructions to use versioned archive

I think it's best if we let our regular users use a tagged release of this repository to install their servers. This way we can have better versioned instructions for servers and provide better upgrade support from version to version. Otherwise people will potentially be using "in development" cookbooks in master on their production servers.
