Get it running on Rachel platform

• install_rachel.sh has some notes and machine executable but isnt an install file DONE
• mirrorHttp needs checking for hte Rachel version DONE
• review TODO-RACHEL in code - especially in README_rachel.md STILL SOME
• figure out WiFi/Laptop/Ethernet setup - its non trivial DONE
• Get working with supervisord, then start mirrorHttp auto
• Get working with Cron and auto-run updates

Rachel is working !

Its using a new way of installing using npm, instead of Git clone, which seems fine.

Still needs hooking into auto startup, cron etc - see bottom of README-rachel.md

We have a box hooked into a forwarded port on my home router, I'll happily give you the URL on request (I just want to know who is using it).

Currently (see that thread - 1284) its stuck on mounting disks

Disk mounting is now fixed - no outsanding Rachel issues :-)

Rachel is now updated to new quicker installer, and tested on latest Rachel (Raspberry) issue. Not paying attention to Rachel+ box. No open issues ...
