Starting point for a web app to use the stripe / firebase extension

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I see cloud functions such as createPortalLink but where is the documentation or examples on how to use the extension?
I also see web sites such as https://stripe-subs-ext.web.app/ and https://github.com/stripe-samples/firebase-subscription-payments
but these seem to be many years old.

Are these links still okay to use? Where is a good example and starting point after installing the extension firestore-stripe-payments to use it?

It would be good to have a link from the extension to documentation and current samples.

I've looked at the older example and it seems to work but it might be using older versions of firebase etc.

Additional context

We'd like to use or build a web interface for the firebase / stripe extension unless the extension already does this?
