I just bought a RM4 Mini from amazon and could not get it working until I noticed, that it had devicetype 648D.
After Adding 0x648D=RM4 in the adapter settings, it worked fine.

Hi,
thanks for the hint.
It worked to me also by entering the plain Dev-Type 25913 in the config-page
25913=RM4
The Adapter seems to reCalc it into hex correctly.
be aware also to use the actual broadlink-app ( android )
i was using the AP-Mode for connecting.
not the smart-mode.
after confirmation the ssid/pw are sending to the device,
i stop the app as descriibed in the adapter-manuell.
