If we are going with Quarto, this is my latest project which uses parameterized markdown and whisker templates. This one doesn't build with GH Actions, but setting up an action shouldn't be too hard.

The existing code sprint topic "IOOS report environment" has some overlap.

First things first, we need something to build the catalog first. So, we're starting with an MBON inventory of data, which can then feed a catalog of sorts.
