Migrate to PostGIS

MongoDB was good for the first few initial releases but with the growing list of use cases for this product, we need to migrate our data to a proper relational database which will:

• Improve query performance
• Ensure smooth migrations in the future if we add new attributes or new data types
• Provide built-in GIS capabilities for geospatial queries.
• Allow for SQL queries.
