Add new index for "solidified" milestone payload chain
Sync Milestone payload chain starting with latest milestone via gossip
Change STING protocol to request milestone IDs instead of indexes
Start WarpSync after Milestone Chain was verified

muXxer added this to the Stardust Testnet milestone
