Ensure Boxo is having impact by fostering twp IPFS implementations in production using Boxo. (Presumably in the past that would have construed Kubo or forked.). This helps test the Boxo hypothesis that it is easier to for users to make their own IPFS implementation because of the useful examples, improved API, and easier dependency management.

Notes:
This is a Starmap "child" issue.

bifrost-gateway doesn't count.

First related tracking issue: #196

Then need to actively reach out to users we've had signal from in the past and see what is needed to support them.
