Is there a way to use the global gateway w/ Shell, in a ReadOnly mode?

We'll want support for /dns4 and /dns6 addr resolution here. Right now you can use /ip4/$ip/tcp/80, where $ip is from dig +short ipfs.io, but these can change anytime.
