Font rendering issues on Windows with Edge

Reporting this for someone else, it's not my own system. This is occurring on Windows 10, using Edge. Not reproducible in Chrome on the same system.

Seriously though, I'll investigate and see if there's a way to resolve it. Usually it's just some weird little CSS hack that forces the browser to render it properly, hopefully the case here as well.

It seems others are having issues with the Overpass font, see https://github.com/RedHatBrand/Overpass/issues
For example "Ovepass fonts doesn't look too good in Visual Studio 2017"

In "Line height rendering issues", davelab from Google Fonts has offered to help, but got no response.
