Zap to unlock note content (zapwall) [feature request][UX]

User Story

As a Iris user who creates content, I would like a to set up a zap paywall for my content, so that other nostr users have to zap me in order to unlock, and consume the content.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Iris user can choose to paywall one of their notes in the note creation view
2. Iris user can set a default unlock note zap amount in settings
3. Iris user can configure a custom unlock note zap amount each time
4. If Iris user publishes note with a paywall, other nostr users must zap the amount set in order for the note content to be released
