Experimental: This is an experimental technology
Check the Browser compatibility table carefully before using this in production.
Note: This documentation reflects stale browser implementations. The specification has changed significantly since the docs were written, and they will need to be updated once browser implementations catch up.
Secure context: This feature is available only in secure contexts (HTTPS), in some or all supporting browsers.
The HTML Sanitizer API allow developers to take untrusted strings of HTML and Document or DocumentFragment objects, and sanitize them for safe insertion into a document's DOM.
