Refactor curriculum_to_html

For developer debug I'd appreciate extending functionality of the HTML logging page for experiment execute that Phases 1/2 had. This task should be relatively easy but potentially time consuming to special case the multiple paths of data-flows. It may not be worth the time sync and instead improving the UI for demo to better support developer debugging may be the better future option.
