Improve labels/helper text (less jargon and clarify) when adding new collections.

How can we make “Inherit collection policy?” more meaningful?

Helper text might be “Define the types of object you want to add to the new collection”
Likewise “Inherit XACML policy from” … can it inherit from anything other than it’s parent collection? A checkbox instead of a dropdown? The label … “Inherit security policy from parent collection” with helper text like….
“When selected the security or XACML policy of the parent collection is applied to the new collection”
