[Account - Organization] If multiple organizations, display choice for selecting one organization

As an administrator, if I have access to multiple organizations I should be able to select the one that I am interested.

Details:

• It will be a card view
• The card will display the following attributes: Organization, Organization hierarchy, Number of Users, URL to organization
• The root organization will be the first one displayed
• The root organization for an administrator is the first organization in the hierarchy where I have access, starting from application root organization

Acceptance criteria:

• If I don't have any organization selected, I will be redirected to this view
• I will not be able to access a parent organization where I don't have access
• If I click on an organization card:
  .organizationusers.SelectedOrganizationid will be selected
  .I'll be redirected to the selected organization dashboard (similar behavior with #49)
